With passion for his craft and a thirst for knowledge, he learned the secrets of the trade and gained deep experience in the field. This experience allowed him to turn his dream into reality by opening his first butcher shop in the 1990s. With respect for the values established by his father and a vision for the future, Thomas opened a second store in Athens, combining traditional expertise with modern technology.
