Refund and product policy<\/span><\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]Our e-shop’s return policy aims to provide the best possible service and customer satisfaction with transparency and consistency.<\/p>\n

In case the product has defective quality or does not correspond to what was ordered, the customer may proceed with a return within 3 calendar days from delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition, without being altered, with packaging and accompanying documents intact.<\/p>\n

For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of the products, returns are not accepted if the product has been opened or used.<\/p>\n

Returns are only made after coordination with our company, which will provide instructions for the safe and correct return of the products.<\/p>\n

Once the returned products are received and inspected, refunds are made according to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.<\/p>\n
