The turkey patty with feta combines lean ground turkey with grated feta, Kalamata olives, and herbs for a Mediterranean flavor and fluffy texture.
½ kg ground turkey, 1 cup grated feta, chopped Kalamata olives, oregano, black pepper—handmade with high protein and low fat.
Rich in protein (25g+ per piece), grill 5-6 minutes per side; the feta melts slightly, adding a creamy umami note.
Combine beef with all ingredients except feta in a large bowl, kneading for 5 minutes until sticky. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to rest flavors—this prevents crumbling during cooking.
Portion mix (about 1.5 tbsp per patty), place 1-2 feta cubes in center, seal into a ball, then flatten into thick oval shapes. Avoid overworking to keep the interior tender.
Pre-freeze patties 15 minutes. Grill or griddle 5 minutes per side for char marks, then oven at 180°C covered for 10-15 minutes. Serve with tzatziki and pita.
